Recommendations for making a flower for a boutonniere
As for this type of decoration, it can be made in two ways. If you wish, you can do the same as we told you a little above. You will also need to take white and black tapes and cover the bottle with them.

You can quite easily follow the same algorithm, just at the initial stage replace the tie with a bow tie, and at the very end decorate the bottle of cognac not with steel buttons and stars, but, for example, with small black buttons and a boutonniere made of artificial flowers.

You can see how to make a flower for a boutonniere in a special master class. If you need to do everything as quickly as possible, then simply make a tuxedo out of paper, and then use glue to fix it on the bottle. The back can be covered with plain black paper.

Decor of a “male” gift bottle

Good afternoon friends and guests of my store! On the eve of the most masculine of all men's holidays - February 23, I decided to do my next master class on bottle decor! I’ve already done something similar once (), so it won’t be a MK, but rather... an idea for a gift for a man, framed in photographs! :))

So let's get started:

For work we will need:

  • actually, the drink being prepared (for me it’s vodka)
  • printout or decoupage card with the desired motif
  • stones (pebbles)
  • shells
  • texture paste with glass beads (crystal paste)
  • putty
  • bandage (gauze)
  • acrylic paints
  • acrylic aerosol varnish
  • glue gun with hot glue

The first step is to clean our bottle of labels and degrease it for better adhesion of the materials to the glass. This is the bottle I got for decoration :)))

Next, we tint the area where the motif will be glued with white paint, so that the black and white design does not lose its brightness after gluing... and glue the motif! This is a fish in my pond)))

This bottle is a repeat of one of my previously completed works. Then it was a bottle of cognac () as a gift to a man who was interested in fishing, that’s why the fish was there :))))

While the bottle is drying, we prepare the “bottom” of the reservoir in which the crucian carp lives (or what kind of fish it is :)), I somehow don’t understand well)

Sea pebbles and small shells were specially brought from the sea for such purposes! Now their time has come! :)))

I don't prime the entire bottle, because... in this case, I considered it a waste of time and materials. I arm myself with a glue gun and glue pebbles directly onto the glass using hot glue.

Here's what happened

Now it's putty's turn! We fill the gaps between the stones with putty

and while the putty is not dry, wipe off the excess from the stones with a damp cloth. You can dry it! :))

Now that the putty has dried, we take the crystal paste and apply “sand”, at the same time gluing shells (you can stick on any other decor, it’s who likes what and what is in stock :))), I made a bottle for a fisherman, and so I chose I didn’t overload the decor of the “freshwater” pond with marine elements :)))

I glue shells directly onto the paste.

I could have stopped there, but I decided to add “an old fishing net.” To do this, take a regular medical bandage, soak it with PVA glue and “put the nets in the pond” :D)))

All! We leave it to dry until the morning :))) When the paste with balls dries completely, it becomes transparent and quite strong. So we are waiting for this moment :))

Our bottle is dry, we can paint it!

Using burnt umber paint (although black is probably possible), we paint over the entire “silt”. I try not to paint over large stones so that they retain their natural color and at least peek out from under the paint in places, but this is at the discretion of the master :)))

The paint from the stones can be carefully wiped off with a damp cloth, so that there are no sharp transitions, and these transitions can be carefully “smeared” with a sponge, so that a more lively “silting” effect is created.

Now use a sponge with green paint, and then go over the entire bottle with ocher:

This is what should happen... a stagnant, freshwater body of water:))) a pond with crucian carp: D)))

Well, to revive our bottle and show relief, we go over it with a sponge with white paint:

All that remains is to paint the bottom and coat it with aerosol varnish

And now our bottle is ready! We admire the result!!!:)))))))

Thank you for your attention, I will be very glad if you like my idea :)))

Delight your family and friends with original gifts, but do not forget that the best gift is, of course, the one that is given (and if it is also made, then it is generally excellent) with love and from the heart!!!

I wish everyone a great mood, endless inspiration and creative success!!!

Decorating a bottle of cognac with a photograph is the easiest way. All you have to do in this case is choose the most successful photo, adjust its parameters to the size of the bottle, and use glue to fix it in the most visible place. As for further actions, everything will depend on your patience and imagination.

The rest of the bottle can simply be decorated with paints, and the photo itself can be highlighted with a frame made of paper, ribbon or medium-sized beads. You can also use lace, threads of different thicknesses, shells, pebbles and pieces of fabric to decorate the bottle.

Decor of bottles with salt

You will need fine salt and crayons (you can use paints) of different colors. Salt is repainted in a certain color using crayons. In this way a mixture of different colors is obtained. Next, salt is poured into the bottle one by one.

It is important not to move the bottle or allow the colors to mix. It turns out to be a rainbow-colored piece of the room’s interior.

Satin ribbons are an excellent material for decorating bottles of alcohol. Moreover, this method of decoration is very simple, so anyone can do it if desired.

So:

  • Buy satin ribbons in the desired color
  • Apply the tape to the neck of the bottle just above the characteristic flare
  • Measure a piece of such length that the ends of the tape overlap each other when gluing
  • Cut a piece from the main part of the tape and secure everything with glue
  • Wait until the glue dries a little and start gluing the bottle further
  • To do this, simply lightly overlap the edge of one tape over the other.
  • If you want to end up with a pattern in the form of a spikelet, then fix it in the same way as on the neck
  • If you want to get perfectly straight lines, then fix the tape in a horizontal position

If your husband, brother or close friend is the type of man who loves sweets, then he will probably like cognac decorated with sweets. In this case, it is best to choose high-quality chocolates that have the shape of a hemisphere. As practice shows, they are easier to attach to the bottle and do not require reinforced fixation. This design is done in the simplest way. You will need to lubricate the wrapper of the candy with glue, and then carefully fix it on the bottle.

The word carefully means that you need to press the chocolate in such a way that it does not deform and that glue does not get under the wrapper. Candies can be glued in rows, in a spiral, or to imitate a bunch of grapes. Once the bottle is covered, all you have to do is decorate the top. This can be done using a satin ribbon, simply tying it in a lush bow.

From simple to complex

You can create a composition on the table: an artistic presentation of the bottle, decorated with candies wrapped in corrugated paper, nuts and dark brown ribbons.

A beautiful stand, a decorative tie at the neck and good quality chocolates create a festive atmosphere and make the bottle look elegant.

If you want to decorate the bottle itself so that even when it is free, it can serve as an interior decoration, you can use the master class on decorating techniques with twine below:

Remove stickers and labels from the bottle. You need to start decorating from the bottom. Spread the bottom part, glue the end of the twine and move slowly from bottom to top, gradually coating the next section of the bottle with glue, firmly pressing the twine to it. It should look like this:

The twine should not be brought to the end so that the bottle can be opened. Twist small circles from the twine and glue them in a circle.

Make a cap for a bottle from cardboard, which should also be covered with twine.

Decorate the cap and bottle with coffee beans by gluing them on top.

Since the name of the cognac remained on the label, which we removed, you can make a signature in the form of a wax seal. Pour melted paraffin into the bottom of a disposable glass, after threading a strip of twine folded into it.

When the paraffin has hardened, cut it and throw away the glass. Make the desired inscription on the seal and paint it with brown or bronze paint.

Probably, it’s not even worth mentioning that women love everything beautiful and original. That is why, in order to decorate a bottle of cognac for a representative of the fair sex, you need to show maximum imagination. For example, you can decorate a bottle with the same bouquet of sweets. But in order to make it clear that you made a present for a woman, you can additionally make a small decorative hat and make an imitation of a royal red robe.

You can see an example of such decor in the picture located a little higher. Another win-win option is thick, bright threads. In this case, you will need to apply a thick layer of glue to the bottle, and then wrap it with thread as carefully as possible. After all this has dried, all you have to do is further decorate the surface.

Gift bouquet with cognac and sweets

Not long ago, bouquets of sweets and banknotes (or their imitation, printed on a photocopier) came into fashion, and so many interesting ideas have already appeared. Let's consider the most complex manufacturing option - with paper flowers and money symbols, as a hint of wishes for success and prosperity. This is just one of the options on how to beautifully decorate a bottle of cognac with your own hands for a man’s birthday.

The decor and content of the composition can be different, it all depends on your imagination

You can decorate the list of elements as you wish, but for the proposed composition you will need:

  • a bottle of cognac of your favorite brand;
  • crepe or crinkled paper of different shades;
  • Styrofoam;
  • glue gun;
  • stationery knife;
  • Double-sided tape;
  • floral ribbons 30 mm and 50 mm;
  • souvenir money;
  • euro and dollar templates;
  • sweets in golden and colored wrappers;
  • chocolate coins in foil;
  • bamboo sticks or toothpicks;
  • glue gun or “liquid nails”;
  • pencil, ruler (square) and scissors;
  • twisted silk thread for fixation;
  • A4 cardboard;
  • decorative twine.

Multi-colored crumpled paper is best for flower petals.

The volume of packaging and the amount of materials for decoration vary according to the design of the volume of a bottle of cognac for a man.

Execution step by step

.

  1. Cut out the foam circles in steps and wrap them in crumpled paper to form the base for the gift wrap.
    The ends of the foam and the hole for the bottle are beautifully decorated as a wavy ruffle. We determine the height of the stand as we work: insert the bottle into the cut-out hole and make sure it is stable. If necessary, add more circles
  2. We lay out the candies not very tightly so that they can be wrapped in paper flowers and placed on the finished base.
  3. We cut petals from crumpled paper of different shades; thick dark green wrapping paper or fabric will be used for the petioles.
    First, cut rectangles approximately 40x70 mm, then use scissors to shape the petals
  4. We form candy flowers in petals, at least 15-17, as shown in the photo.
    The more petals you attach, the more magnificent the roses will look.
  5. We move on to making banknotes based on cardboard; they should be attached to bamboo sticks or toothpicks.
    For money symbols you need thick cardboard and souvenir money
  6. We form a ready-made bouquet of candy flowers, chocolate coins, souvenir money and photocopies of banknotes.
    We wrap the bottom platform with a beautiful ribbon and tie it with a bow, you can insert a card with best wishes and an envelope with real bills. The souvenir bouquet is ready for giving! The composition is ready, you can congratulate the man on the holiday!

A gift made with your own hands is always better than a “duty” souvenir. It doesn’t matter whether it’s decorating a bottle of cognac for a man with ribbons, chocolates or paper, the main thing is an interesting idea. We invite you to choose something most suitable for your dearest person in our photo gallery.

Only sea or river themes can please a fisherman. That is why it will be better if you use shells, small river pebbles, mesh, fish hooks and bright silicone bait to decorate a bottle of cognac. All this beauty will need to be fixed on the bottle, while creating a composition pleasing to the eye.

If you want to do something as original as possible, then buy the so-called structural paste and apply it in a thin layer over the entire surface of the bottle. Next, take transparent glitter and use it to imitate fish scales. Once it's dry, all you have to do is paint the bottle the color you want and you can decorate it with shells or even dry grass.

Decoupage style decor is ideal for a wedding anniversary. This type of finishing is considered budget-friendly because in this case you will only need to buy two-layer napkins with the pattern you want and glue. Yes, and it doesn’t have to be a wedding theme. You can use any drawing that your loved one will surely like.

So:

  • Try to understand how the design on the bottle will ultimately be positioned, and cut out the motif accordingly
  • Separate the very top part of the napkin from the main mass
  • Set the part with the pattern aside, and in the same way prepare several more of the same blanks
  • Squeeze some PVA glue into a bowl and dilute it lightly with water
  • This must be done, otherwise you will not be able to evenly distribute the pattern on the surface.
  • Next, take any brush and apply glue to the bottle
  • Carefully apply the design to the greased area and smooth it out using a brush dipped in water.
  • Glue all the other blanks to the bottle and let the glue dry
  • After drying, the gift can be tinted with acrylic paints

In principle, you can decorate a bottle of cognac for a man’s birthday in any of the ways that we have already introduced you to. If all of them seem very complicated to you, then try decorating it using ordinary paper or fabric. You can see how this can be done in the pictures posted a little higher.

Yes, and remember that you are not required to decorate your gift as shown in the pictures. If you wish, you can add some element of your own, the main thing is that it fits perfectly into the overall color scheme and matches the structure of the other materials.

A castle with a “window” using decoupage technique for a man’s birthday

In order to decorate a gift for a man’s anniversary or birthday using the decoupage technique with a “window”, we will need: a rectangular bottle, a napkin with an unclear pattern in muted tones, brown acrylic, bronze pigment, nylon stockings, corrugated cardboard, semolina, twine , labels and text of congratulations, foam sponge, brushes, PVA, Moment-gel, finishing varnish.

Before decoupage, you should prepare a bottle (clean the surface, degrease the glass), labels with congratulations (print on cardboard in calligraphic font or glue congratulations), bricks for the castle (cut out rectangular bricks from corrugated cardboard for the main decor and trapezoidal ones for the design of a semicircular window).

Let's start decoupage:

  1. We apply a napkin to one of the front surfaces of the bottle with the pattern facing inward, and cover it with PVA on top.
  2. We cover the neck of the bottle with a nylon stocking soaked in PVA, forming folds with our fingers.
  3. Leave the bottle for 24 hours to dry completely.
  4. We paint the drapery with brown acrylic.
  5. We design the side opposite to the napkin in the form of a semicircular, elongated window: we cover the upper arc of the window with trapezoidal cardboard stones (we glue the corrugated cardboard with Moment-glue).
  6. We decorate the entire surface of the bottle with rectangular elements cut out of corrugated cardboard.
  7. Coat the bottle with PVA and sprinkle with semolina.
  8. On the dried surface, using a foam sponge, apply acrylic in several layers with intermediate drying.
  9. We use bronze pigment to cover the protruding folds of the drapery on the neck, the top of the window arc, the bottom and corners of the bottle.
  10. We coat the product with varnish.

We tie the neck of the dried product with twine with congratulatory tags. The gift is ready!

We are accustomed to thinking that a wedding present must be decorated with flowers, ribbons and hearts. In fact, for the wedding celebration of a loved one, you can present a bottle of skate, decorated in a special way. Try to show a little of your imagination and paint it with paints.

Draw whatever you like, the main thing is that in the end your surprise looks bright. Yes, and if you want the newlyweds not to throw away the empty bottle later, then after the paint has dried, be sure to cover the entire surface with colorless varnish.

An anniversary is an important event for every person. That is why for this holiday it is best to present not just a beautifully decorated bottle of cognac, but an entire composition on a stand. All you have to do is secure the bottle of alcohol on a sturdy stand, and then decorate it with whatever your heart desires.

Chocolate, small marshmallows or marmalade would look great on such a composition. If you want to emphasize the brutality of the gift, then make a bouquet of dried fish and attach it to the stand.

Stylish decoupage of a bottle for a man (video)

Decorated bottles of alcohol are a great opportunity to pleasantly surprise a man with an original and non-standard gift. Moreover, decoupage of bottles for men does not set boundaries and frames: the technique and theme for design can be absolutely anything. It all depends only on your imagination!

Good afternoon friends and site guests! I already did something similar once, so it won’t be a MK, but rather... an idea for a gift for a man, illustrated in photographs! :))

For work we will need:

  • actually, the drink being prepared (for me it’s vodka)

How to decorate a bottle of cognac for a man on Valentine's Day?

As a rule, men have a rather cold attitude towards such attributes of Valentine's Day as hearts. Therefore, if you paint a bottle of cognac with them or paste them over it, it probably won’t make him very happy.

In view of this, it will be better if you do something more original, for example, a surprise using the terra technique. In this case, to decorate glass containers you will need eggshells, glue, ordinary rope and a couple of artificial stones of different shapes.

So:

  • Degrease the bottle with acetone and start applying glue to it
  • Apply it in small areas and immediately cover them with pieces of eggshell
  • Decorate half the bottle this way
  • Next, cut the kraft paper into small pieces and moisten it with water
  • When it softens, dip it in PVA glue for 1 minute.
  • Remove the paper from the glue and, forming small folds, distribute it over the top of the bottle
  • Wait for everything to dry, and then decorate everything with rope and artificial stones

Tights with coins

This chic item looks amazing. You can’t even say that the composition is so prosaic.

The master class below provides a description of how to decorate a bottle using this technique.

Required:

  1. Cognac in a bottle;
  2. PVA glue;
  3. Brush;
  4. Scissors;
  5. Old but clean nylon tights;
  6. Transparent acrylic varnish, white and gold acrylic paints;
  7. Glue gun;
  8. Small coins;
  9. Iron zipper;
  10. Black dye;
  11. Gold spray paint.

Remove labels from bottle. Protect the cap if we decorate a full bottle so that it can be opened later. Pull one half of the tights on top without a gusset.

Straighten the nylon so that the drapery looks beautiful. Carefully glue the place where the zipper will be inserted. Wait a few hours for it to dry.

Mix the dye with acrylic paint and paint over the entire product.
