• originality: most buyers prefer standard rectangular models, so round furniture is always something outlandish and unique in any interior;

• opportunities for experimentation: with a round bed you can try to decorate a room in almost any style and it will always remain the main attribute of the interior;
• safety: rounded corners, which are often upholstered in soft fabric, eliminate the possibility of injury; moreover, it is quite difficult to fall from such a bed while sleeping.

The disadvantages include:

• large sizes: a round model is unlikely to be suitable for small bedrooms, because it takes up much more space than the usual rectangular bed;
• difficulties with choosing bed linen: for round models, of course, they produce high-quality textiles, but, as a rule, its choice leaves much to be desired, so you often have to sew suitable linen to order;
• psychology: not many people decide to choose a round bed for their bedroom, and those who have purchased such a bed say that falling asleep in it at first is at least unusual.

But, despite the disadvantages, the advantages of round models are more objective, so if you want to buy such a bed, you can safely cast doubts aside.

• the sleeping area is larger than that of a traditional rectangular bed, tall people will find it convenient and comfortable to rest on it;
• Families with children will also like this option. If a child always comes to his parents’ bedroom, then such a bed will definitely accommodate everyone;
• The circle is a symbol of harmony. If we approach it from a philosophical point of view, then this geometric figure is considered an indicator of unity and family. A round bed is often associated with a cozy nest;
• if a person unconsciously moves around a sleeping place, then such a bed will definitely look great in the room;
• This is an excellent option for a studio in which familiar objects are placed in an original and non-standard way.

Many people are used to putting their bed in a corner. The round shape is not suitable for such manipulations. This is probably why most people are skeptical about this geometry. Interior designers still urge not to forget about the shortcomings:

Both domestic and foreign furniture manufacturers are inclined to believe that the most optimal diameter of a round-shaped product varies from 200 to 280 cm. An indicator of 280 cm is perfect for a double bed model. The height ranges from 22 to 102 cm. • Springless - inside they have fillers made of natural materials (latex, coconut lycra and others) or environmentally friendly synthetics (polyurethane, with an anatomical memory effect - Memorix and others).
• Based on a dependent spring block - the spring density is not too high, the orthopedic indicator is low, such a mattress is considered a budget option.
• The base has an independent spring block - the service life is longer than that of other types of mattresses. The same size of springs, tightly located to each other, provides maximum comfort during rest and a high orthopedic effect.

When choosing the optimal mattress, it is better to give preference to models made from natural materials. The ideal option would be a double-sided “winter-summer” model with the ability to adjust the temperature in the cold and hot seasons. One side retains heat perfectly, and the other provides air circulation on hot summer days.
